A CIA agent is used as a pawn in an insane woman's plan to steal a Polaris submarine. Madame Sin is an international criminal developing bizarre, cutting-edge weapons, who will stop at nothing to carry out her plots!

Originally created as a pilot for a TV series that never came to fruition, the finished movie was shown on US television and released theatrically in select territories internationally.
