Are all of Bay Street Video's titles listed on this online store?

No. At this time, this store offers primarily new releases and regular sellers. For a complete list of our retail titles, visit the complete catalogue.

How can I purchase titles from Bay Street Video?

You can purchase titles right here! In addition, you may also request special orders by sending us an email.

Can I pre-purchase an upcoming release?

At this time, due to continuing supply chain issues and delays in delivery dates this is not an option we provide via the online store. This is a service we hope to offer in the near future, as our online store grows.

Do you sell 4K UltraHDs and how do I find them?

Yes, we offer a large selection of 4K UHD. At this time, this online store is not yet searchable according to format.

If you are interested in a particular title in 4K UHD, check out our complete catalogue. Note that this catalogue is currently set up to handle only two formats (DVD and Blu-ray). 4K UHD titles are listed under Blu-ray format, but are marked with 'UHD' in the title.

Where does Bay Street Video ship?

We ship anywhere, across Canada and are rolling out international sales. We are adding more countries all the time, so keep your eyes peeled. See Shipping & Returns for more details. If you live locally, we also have a pickup option!

Unfortunately, we are experience technical difficulties in setting up shipping to the United States, but are hoping to have that sorted soon.

If you don't see shipping options for your location listed, we are still able to ship to you the old fashioned way. Call (416-964-9088) or email (baystreetvideoto@gmail.com) the store with your requests, and we can get you a shipping quote on any business day and take payment via card over the phone. 

What kind of payment does Bay Street Video accept?

Payment for online purchases include Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Unfortunately Paypal is not a payment option at this time.

How accurate is the information on this online store?

We work hard to ensure that the information here is as accurate as possible. Our online inventory is regularly updated. However, errors, omissions, and other goof-ups can and do happen. Should that be the case, contact our knowledgeable staff.

What are Bay Street Video's hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week from 10AM to 8PM (Sunday-Thursday) and 10AM to 10PM (Friday-Saturday).

We close at 7pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
We are closed on New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday, and Christmas Day.
