We ship anywhere, across Canada and are rolling out international sales using Canada Post. We are adding more countries all the time, so stay tuned!
Unfortunately, we are experience technical difficulties in setting up shipping to the United States, but are hoping to have that sorted soon.
If you don't see shipping options for your location listed, we are still able to ship to you the old fashioned way. Call (416-964-9088) or email (baystreetvideoto@gmail.com) the store with your requests, and we can get you a shipping quote on any business day and take payment via card over the phone.
Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post based upon weight and distance.

A 30% packaging and handling fee is built into the cost of shopping.

Domestic orders should allow for up to 3 - 9 business days for delivered

International orders (Rest of the World) should allow for 4 - 12 weeks for delivery.
Returns
Online purchases may be returned for a refund but can not be exchanged.

We offer refunds within 30 days from the day the product is shipped.

Products must be received unopened in their original packaging.

A refund will be issued to the original credit card account used for purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you live locally, we offer in-store refunds, with proof of purchase.
